Authors are encouraged to contribute to the conference by submitting reflective articles on projects, research and results, case-studies, lighting design and applications in the lighting industry.
The Conference Proceedings will be published from IOP Science in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES). By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings. IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) are indexed in SCOPUS. Authors of high quality contributions will be invited to submit extended versions of their work in a special issue of a journal to be announced soon.
Final (camera ready) paper submission Process
Instructions for authors: (of the accepted full papers)
- Templates for final (camera ready) papers: IOP template and template instructions
- Final (camera ready) paper has a recommended length of 10 pages (max 12 pages), including illustrations, tables, bibliography, etc.
- The reviewers’ comments should be checked in the light of the potential improvements they offer for your finalizing the final, camera-ready paper and which will be published in the conference proceedings.
- Submission of final (camera ready) papers
- Log-in to the conference on EasyChair: (Use ‘Author’ if you are presented with options to log-in with)
- You should then see the paper/s you have submitted previously
- Under ‘View’ on the table, click the magnifying glass icon next to your abstract
- In the top right-hand corner, click ‘Add file’ > ’Choose file’ (to add the final (camera ready) paper from your computer) > ’Submit’
- Registration
- In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must attend the conference to present the paper and pay a full registration fee (register here).
- Deadlines
- Early bird registration: 1 August 2022
- Submission of final (camera ready) paper: 10 August 2022.
- Information regarding proceedings
- Proceedings will be published in open access ‘Earth and Environmental Science’ by IOP Publishing Ltd.
- Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Any further distribution of this work must maintain attribution to the author(s) and the title of the work, journal citation and DOI.
- IOP Publishing does not further edit or proofread papers after they are submitted.
- Once a paper has been published online, changes will only be permitted in cases of serious scientific error. In those cases, an erratum or corrigendum will be published according to the standard practices of professional scientific publishing.
- Change requests relating to stylistic issues cannot be made to proceedings once they are published, so it is important that authors ensure papers have been adequately checked and proofread prior to submission.
- Upon publication IOP will write to authors informing them of publication and providing them with a link to their paper.
- Printed copies (if required) can be purchased on demand after publication on-line.
